Junior Business Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business management.

Your impact in the role  

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

  • Maintain and update our databases with accurate and detailed information about leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a unified approach to business development activities.

  • Do follow-ups and help to manage the technical teams that are already integrated in our clients.

  • Coordinate with senior managers, team leaders and other departments to ensure defined operational tasks are up-to-date.

What matters the most for this role 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar areas;

  • More than 1 year of experience in similar roles;

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and technology trends;

  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic;

Nice to have:

​

  • Proficiency in Spanish

  • Experience with Hubspot and/or Octupus CRM
